Creamy Black Bean Dip
I love this! No apple cider vinegar, so I added more Balsamic, fresh cilantro and red onion. A bit of cayenne pepper also. I will make this all the time. Thank you!

Groovy Green Smoothie
I love this recipe. I weight train 6 days a week and have this post workout. Use nonfat plain yogurt instead of vanilla and add protein powder. I sometimes substitute different fruit but always use the spinach. Keep a glass in the freezer to pour it into. Delicious!
