Carrot Burgers
These came out better than I expected. I did make some modifications. I shredded the carrots and did not cook them first. I did not have celery on hand so I shredded zucchini in its place. Used a bit more onion, omitted the sugar, and replaced the cornflakes with 1 1/2 c oats. No problem with binding and very simple. Yummy and crunchy!
