Saltine Toffee Cookies
You can't get easier or better than these! We used milk chocolate chips...we think they taste better. Also, it's best to line your pan with foil then lightly butter or spray the foil. You'll have no problems with them sticking. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
These are the most delicious mashed potatoes we have ever tried! I love that you can make them ahead. Great for entertaining!

Seafood Lasagna I
Sorry but we didn't think this was very good at all. I don't think cheese and seafood go together very well. It was an expensive mistake.
