Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

I followed the recipe exactly but my family found it tasteless and pastey. I am giving it 2 stars because it was easy to make, but there are much better scalloped potato recipes out there.

I made this last night and followed the recipe almost exactly as written. The only change I made was that I added 2 medium sized potatoes and diced them. I kept everything else the same. My husband loved the pot pie and stated that it was the best chicken pot pie he has ever tasted.

Creole Seasoning Blend

Caramel Popcorn

I used a salted microwave popcorn, so I omitted the salt from the recipe. It turned out amazing. My whole family raved about the popcorn. My husband said it was better than store bought.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is an amazing Banana Bread. I cut the recipe in half and I baked it in one loaf pan at 325 for a hour. Don't worry about the butter and sugar not creaming. It doesn't affect the outcome which is a great Banana Bread.
