I am married to a great guy and have two step sons. They definitely keep us busy and on our toes! Having three boys in the house...I have never cooked so much. All our family lives in town...lots of get togethers and lots of good food. I love to bake! I will often bake for my husband's office and for family members. I love to try new things. I am also into coming up with new salads and mexican dishes. We love seafood lasagna and now I have passed it onto my husband's family. Luckily they have passed dishes my way too...Lou Ann's Beans are fantastic! I recently made cupcakes for my step son's birthday that looked like popcorn. They took some time but each cupcake ended up looking like a little bag of popcorn. One night I decided to try and make pud thai...big mistake! Not only did it taste aweful...it made our house smell aweful! Too much fish sauce? I call my husband when he was on his way home from work and made him stop and pick up something/anything. I'll stick to going to the restaurant for that one!
