Oh my gosh! Like everyone said before me, so simple and so delicious! I lightly sprinkled chili powder, cumin and black pepper before browning the pork chops. I mixed the beans, salsa, cilantro together with a large clove garlic (pressed) and warmed it before pouring over the chops. WONDERFUL! Hubby said I should do it again and that is high praise!

Ok, so my entire family saw me take it out of the oven and they were REALLY concerned ... but this was the most tender, moist perfectly done rib roast I have ever cooked! I did make a paste of the salt, as was suggested by several reviewers. With the salt I added rosemary and a LOT of fresh pressed garlic. Neither my husband or son like their meat rare. When we cut the roast, it looked like it might be too rare, but it was not - the texture was so wonderful! Mmm, mmm good! Awesome! My husband says we WILL be doing this again.

Yes, this was the best!! I did not roll out the dough but instead dropped it in the pan in little bits, layer of berries, more dough, berries, finished it with dough. After baking 45 minutes, Tbl sugar and cinnamon mix on top and finished baking. Was worried it would be too sweet so only used 3/4 c sugar-water and it turned out WONDERFUL!!!!
