Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I am giving this recipe 3 stars because of the sauce. My pork came out dry and tough. I must have done something wrong so am giving the recipe the benifit of the doubt and thinking it must have been me. I may try this again in the crock pot but since I am not a big fan of pork probably not. The only thing that saved all the pork I had left was the small new potatoes and the carrots. I could roast just the carrots in the sauce and my family would love it. The leftovers were good because I cut it in very small pieces and because I doubled the sauce I had enough to pour over it and heat it back up in a 350 oven. I know I will probably make half the sauce and roast carrots in it because we were fighting over the last piece of carrot.

Garlic Cheese Biscuits
We loved these biscuits. They are easy and delicious. I did 1/4c more cheese and used sharp chedder but will add even more the next time and put garlic into the mix. I used Bisquick but am going to try Jiffy the next time then probably the recipe for mix on this website. I just love how easy they were to make and like others they all didn't make it to the table, too good to let alone. Thank you for a great recipe.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
YUM!!! I just finished baking these and we absolutly love them. I followed the recipe but gave up on the fork with the last batch and used my hand which is easier for my 7yr old. I did half with 1cup raisens and half with 1 cup chocolate chips. Next time I will put more of both in. A very easy recipe the only hard part is putting it in the fridge for an hour and yes not eating the dough. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
