This was an excellent dinner that the whole family enjoyed. I thought that six eggs would not be enough, so I brought the recipe up to 10 servings and it was the perfect amount for a 9x13 cooked for 35 minutes. I mixed a little ham into the egg mixture before putting cheese and bacon on top and it was a little salty. We are thinking that adding some diced tomato will help next time. We actually brainstormed as a family the items that we would like to have in it the next time (spinach, black beans, a layer of mashed or shredded potatoes on the bottom, feta...)
