Cream Cheese Tart Shells
This was my first pie crust, and I can't believe how easy it was. I did use less butter and a little more fat free cream cheese, so it's less greasy. However it was a bit dry when mixing with flour, so I added some milk. Turned out very yummy and like the real deal! Will make this again!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
I don't really cook and these were my first baked potatoes. This was so easy and so good! I didn't have all the spices, just parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (put less than suggested), thyme, and olive oil. Used baking potatoes and left the skin on, and marinated overnight in the fridge. Baked at 375 degrees for around 50 min on baking sheet and didn't need to cover. It was crispy outside and soft inside. Very yummy!

Busy Day Chicken
I used chicken breasts, 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce, and some water. It came out really dry, more like a chicken jerky (if there's such a thing)! Flavor was alright, just the dryness and texture wasn't. Will use the chicken for sandwich and hope it goes better that way.
