Mom's Baking Powder Biscuits
These were very good. Followed the recipe, but used butter instead of the shortening, dropped them instead of rolling and cutting, and didn't bother with brushing the tops with anything. Still a very tasty basic biscuit. I used less than 3/4C milk... so don't just dump in the full amount and figure it's right. Will use again, might try subbing some wheat flour in. Yumm-o!

Valentino's Pizza Crust
Love this recipe. As written it's great. With 1/2 wheat flour it's great. With AP flour, great. With breadflour great. Stirred and 10 minute rest, great. Kneaded and risen, great. One a stone, great. One a cookie sheet, great. It is a very soft dough when followed as written, but it gets an A+ for speed and ease. If I follow the directions, I like to bake it a little closer to the bottom rack to get a crispier crust if using a cookie sheet. My favorite goto pizza crust recipe.

Five Ingredient Ice Cream
This really was good. Made for a birthday party since we don't buy icecream. My icecream freezer bowl doesn't fit in the stocked freezer so I needed something that didn't need the icecream maker. All the kids and adults loved it,followed the recipe and the texture was good, certainly sweet- but tasty. Yum, will make again.
