Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

Very good, easy to make recipe when you want a shrimp salad without the pasta. Serve on a bed of lettuce for a nice presentation at a summer luncheon.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Touchdown! I served this on Superbowl Sunday and it was excellent. Use a jelly roll pan with sides or similar size platter. It's better than the traditional "taco dip" type recipes.
