Married with 2 children. Work full time, so I often will cook 2-3 different dishes on my day off so I don't have to cook after working 10 hour shifts. Quick and easy is the way I go during the work week, but I love trying new recipes. I've been using this website for many years, but just decided to join as a member. I've found some great recipes here, such as chicken alfredo pizza, pork loin with dijon marsala sauce, ginger glazed mahi mahi. I'm italian so of course my mom's recipe for spaghetti sauce and meatballs. I've been working on it since I was 18 and I have to say it took me about 8 years until I finally mastered it and got it to taste like the way I remembered it as a kid.
