Made this several times now, and will make it lots more! Always add some cinnamon or nutmeg and serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream, so good! Thanks

Texas Chocolate Frosting

This icing is easy to make and soo good, I'm eating it off the spoon, pairing it up with brownies and I don't think they'll last a day in my house. Will make it again, Thanks!

Really good! I also omitted the sugar as suggested by others and added in some scallops for a more seafood stir-fry and it turned out great!

Golden Coconut Almond Muffins

These muffins are good. I added ginger as someone suggested and drizzled melted butter & brown sugar on them topped with an almond slice. Will be making them again soon.

Coconut Macaroons

These taste like those cute little two-bite macaroons. So good and very esy to make, the first batch lasted one day in my house so I made up another one today. They will be gone by tomorrow =). Only thing is my dough was super mushy and moist I used 5 tablespoons of flour instead of 2 and a full teaspoon of vanilla rather then the half. Definately will be making these again!

Easy Sugar Cookies
