Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
Delicious! not a huge butterscotch cookie fan but these are great. I used some of the suggestions. 1 cup of butter, lowered temp to 350 and chilled dough for about 10 minutes. I had to bake mine for 10 minutes because they were to raw. Will definitely make these again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
DELICIOUS! unwrap and freeze pb cups 1st. Other than that, dont change a thing. A friend told this was the only thing she wanted for her xmas gift. Next time i am going to try hershey kisses. yum.
