Very good recipe! Lots of flavor! My only suggestion is to add barley or rice because it wasn't very substantial. I also added a dash of gourmet soup seasoning. Very good though, definately making again.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These were a big hit with my family. MY brother told me that they were 'almost too good'! I did add some extra cinnamon and about a teaspoon of nutmeg for more flavor. They turned out perfect though- very soft and a lot of spice!

Manicotti Alla Romana

very good! i made this for mother's day dinner and it was a big hit, everybody loved it. even my dad, who doesn't eat spinach in anthing but salads, thought it was good. i used 16 ounces of manicotti shells instead in case some cracked, turned out to work out perfectly. I saved the cracked shells to put a little sauce and cheese on for lunch sometimes. definately making this again.

Cinnamon Snails

These were good. i had no problem with them not having enough flavor (i added some extra cinnimon and nutmeg). A good cookie if your looking for something that isnt very sweet. very good to have with coffee.

Lemon Meringue Pie III

While i'm not a big fan of lemon meringue pie, it's my mother's favorite so i tried this for mother's day desert. she absolutely loved it! Definately going to make this again

Alienated Blueberry Muffins

personally i think there was too much bluberry and now enough muffin. also it doesnt take 1/4 cup of flour to coat the blueberries, i ended up putting half of the flour back

Cranberry Nut Bread I

It tasted awesome but was a little dry. I'll probably try 2 more tablespoons of orange juice next time. I also didn't realize the cranberries weren't supposed to be whole but I think it turned out more flavorful that way.
