About this Cook
I am a high school Athletic Trainer so naturally I love sports and outdoors and such. I guess baking has become kind of a hobby, love to make delicious things!
My favorite things to cook
I think my favorites are cookies and muffins, but I will get excited to make any kind of delicious tasting and looking thing.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom has always made enchiladas for birthdays and to use up chicken and turkey left overs, tastiest tradition ever!!
My cooking triumphs
I think so far my biggest triumph has been the German chocolate cake I made for my boyfriends mom! But I feel like I have mini triumphs every time I make something so delicious that is still quite healthy.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake
Wow! So goooood. I made cupcakes following directions exactly and they were awesome. They cooked about 12 minutes I turned them for the last 2 to cook evenly . I very much recommend this with homemade whipped cream and strawberries!!

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread
This is a great recipe! My boyfriend LOVES banana bread but also is a very health conscious guy. I made this with agave instead of honey to make it that much better for you.
