Gramma's Date Squares
This is the best data square recipe I have ever found. As others, I eliminated the sugar in the dates. I also used melted butter - took some of the work out of mixing. Fast and easy to prepare.

Spicy Mango Salad
A real hit with guests and very easy to make. Goes well with all Asian main dishes.
