Really good - but too hot (and I really like hot things). I only put about 1/4 of a jalepeno pepper in diced and it was WAY HOT!!! I think just doing green chilis would be the best route to go, but maybe 2 cans to give it more flavor. I also thought it was more soup consistancy than chili consistancy, so I may cut back on the liquid next time too. BUT THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME!

Ground Turkey Casserole

I ran short on cream cheese, and made it w/ GF noodles, but it was still good. I'm sure it would be great with the full amount of cream cheese. Hubby even liked it! Will make it again, but will mix things together next time instead of layering.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Yummy! Love it. Added hot salsa to it. Will probably add some chopped jalepenos next times. Just cook some rice and it's great with it stuffed in a soft shell! YUM!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Followed the recipe as written. I give it a 4.5 for texture, I like the crispy outside, and slightly chewy center...mmmmmm.... However I give it a 3 for taste...not that flavorful. Kinda disappointing to my hubby and I. I prefer the "Healthier" Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies I make. I'll try to post the recipe here.
