Chicken-Fried Steak Strips

My husband kept saying, "I LOVE this!" It was a treat for me too since I rarely cook fried foods. We served it with mashed potatoes and a homemade gravy. Delicious and easy! Thanks!!

Chicken Noodle Salad with Peanut-Ginger Dressing

My husband and I LOVED this. The flavor is outstanding. I have been looking for a dressing with a lot of flavor but not oily and this was Perfect!! I will be making this alot! Thank you!!

Homemade Chicken Cacciatore, Sicilian-Style

Delicious!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I used chicken breasts because I had those on hand and it was still very flavorful. I added sliced olives too. I'll be making this again and again!
