I am a mother of two and have a wonderful husband. I am always looking for quick and easy recipes to make during the week and always playing with food. I LOVE FOOD! I love deserts (cold or hot). Cooking seafood is so easy but chicken goes good with almost everything. Having the whole family participating in getting dinner together and having each person doing something is by far my favorite part of the day. My triumphs have been when taking a dish to a potluck or party, I get good compliments and the whole dish is gone. I don't have any secrets, so I always give out tips and recipes. My cooking tragedies have been the most fun and the most educational. You learn from your mistakes.
