Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
This was such a simple, quick, DELICIOUS recipe for broiling chicken. The plan was to broil 5 chicken legs (took the skin off) and pull the chicken to put into a fettuccine dish; however, after tasting the chicken (& licking my fingers... mmm), I decided to keep 2 of the legs just to enjoy for later! The dish was a bit skimpy on the chicken side, but it sufficed, and now I have 2 delicious chicken legs to look forward to this week :) Thanks for this!!
