Grilled Venison Backstrap
I have cooked venison this way for years now. Everyone I have cooked this for has loved it. suggestion: For those of you who like spicy foods. Try a small sliver of jalepeno pepper on the cubes before wrapping with bacon. This adds some great flavor to it. Always use very fatty bacon also. I don't marinate mine at all and it is great. hope you enjoy.
