Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin
This is a good recipe. It's great to use up leftover ham from the holidays that has been sitting in my freezer. I made a few adjustments: 1. I used cubed hash browns available at the freezer section. They were perfectly cooked after 30 to 40 minutes. 2. I added 2 cloves of garlic and sprinkled some red pepper flakes in the cheese sauce to give it more flavor.
