This was very good! There was way too much glaze, and I ended up throwing a lot of it away. Next time I will make 1/2 the amount of glaze. Great flavor!

Anthony's Lime Chicken with Pasta

Everyone in the family ate it, so what more can ask for? A few changes...I didn't bread the chicken, used the juice of 2 limes instead of the lime wedges, and used fresh diced tomatoes. Yummy!!

Honey Corn Bread

My kids could not stop eating this! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 13x9 glass pan for approx. 30 minutes at 375. The only other changes I made was to eliminate the corn because that sounded nasty to me. (sorry!) I also used way less vanilla, like maybe 2 tsp for a double batch. The kids want me to make it again! Thanks!!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This was delicious! I substituted about 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar for the granulated sugar, and refrigerated it for a while before frosting. Yum!

Famous Butter Chicken

This was pretty good, and the whole family ate it, which is always a good thing! I sprinkled the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before the egg and crackers. I only used 1/4 cup of butter and that was plenty. I'll be making this again.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

This was good for a sloppy joe. I made it as written except cooked diced onions and garlic with the beef in place of onion and garlic powder. I thought it was a little too ketchup-tasting, but I'm not a huge fan of ketchup anyway.
