awesome!! everyone loved it!! as others suggested, i baked it in the oven at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. (i havent had much luck with cooking chicken on the stove). other than that, i stuck to the recipe and i will definitely make it again!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

THESE WERE AWESOME!! well worth the wait. this was my first time making scalloped potatoes and they came out very nice and creamy! i didnt change a thing in the recipe. i cant wait to make these again!!

Ground Beef and Rice with Cheese

yum! i thought this came out really tasty! my boyfriend was afraid of it, but he ended up liking it too. i used ground turkey instead of beef. and also added some fried onions on top before i put it in the oven. i like the simple ingredients cause i had all of them on hand. :D

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

yumm!! i made it exactly as the recipe said and it came out good!! the only thing was that it took alot longer than 10 minutes for the sauce to fully thicken. but it was so tasty! :D i will definitely make this again!

Lemon Pie II

the taste was very rich and good, but as a lemon pie, it was a fail. it was more like pudding, with only a hint of lemon. when i want lemon pie, i will not be making this again.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

This recipe was good. The chicken was a little bland, so next time I might try cooking it in garlic. The sauce was nice and cheesy! YUM! At first it seemed to be very watery, but eventually thickened. Also, my fault, but I didnt realize that this recipe made 8 servings and left alot of leftovers. I will definitely cut the recipe in half next time.

Best Ever Meatloaf I

I thought this meatloaf was delicious! I used half ground turkey though, to try and make it a little bit healthier. I omitted the onion and added garlic. I was never really a fan of meatloaf and was really surprised how tasty this came out! I will make again!!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

This came out amazing! When my bf saw me preparing this chicken, he said that he doesn't eat rice krispies for dinner. I told him to trust me and it came out great!! I followed the recipe almost exactly. The only thing I changed was using PAM on the baking dish (instead of butter) and omitted the butter drizzle on top. I am definitely going to make this dish again!
