I love, love this pasta salad. I tend to leave out the olives and tomatoes. It is so easy as a make-ahead dish and I just use a little splash of milk the next day to get it ready for serving. What a crowd pleaser!

Having never made sugar cookies from scratch, my first attempt was a success! I made these for Christmas to bring to my in-laws and my husband liked my recipe better than his mother's! Wow! Next time, I will flatten the cookies a little more than i did but overall this is a great recipe.

These cookies were phenomenal! Before I took suggestions about varying the recipe, I tried the original first and LOVED it. I do agree there needs to be a little more spice or something but they were delicious. My cookies baked for 17 minutes to get them a little more "done". I recommend icing the whole cookie rather than the drizzle on top for a more tasty treat. I will definitely make these again and again!
