I'm an undergraduate student at Indiana University... I'm pretty busy with school and club activities but I try my best to always cook homemade dishes when I can. Authentic Filipino food and pretty much anything that goes with white jasmine rice like curry or gumbo. Also cause I have busy schedule I like cooking lots of recipes that use the slow cooker. Also I'm an avid fan of lasagna and baking homemade bread. There's too many of them in my family. Tiramisu, being able to do cake decorating, brazo de mercedes, and just being able to cook good food that everyone will enjoy. Leaving bread rise in an area thats too warm to the point where it'll actually bake inside the bowl. =(
