Gigantes (Greek Lima Beans)
WOW!!!! great recipe. I am not a lima bean eater but I will be now. I used 1/2 the olive oil.

Pat's Baked Beans
WOW!! We loved it. made some changes. I used what I had in the pantry. and I added red pepper flakes, chili powder and turkey ham instead of bacon. otherwise i followed the recipe. Will make it again.

Mexican Shepherd's Pie
This recipe gave me great reviews. I subbed some things: turkey ground, added ground chorizo. Added 1 jalapeno & 1 poblano pepper very finely chopped. added a can of pinto beans. layered corn cheddar cheese then placed the corn muffin mix. & to the corn muffin mix i made it with sour cream and green onion/chives.
