French Onion Soup V
Pretty good tasting before putting the white wine in. Next time I will try it without it, but still was very peppery.

Summer Corn Salad
Great tasting and easy to make. I added about 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar also for more flavor.

Cornbread Muffins I
Awesome, easy to make recipe. I substituted can of corn for frozen corn. One recipe fills a 24-mini muffin tin. Bake for only 18 minutes for the smaller tin.
