I had all these ingediants on hand ! The cocoa powder was sweetened so I cut back on the sugar. I replaced the nuts with peanut butter. I spread these in a 9 x 12 pan and swirled caramel topping in like you would "marble" a cake. Not only delicious but very nutricious!! i have made these at leat 3 times in as many weeks.

we have been doing our potatos like this for years. only way we do bakers now. instead we use coarse sea salt.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

followed the recpie exactly. My son who will never eat fish said I should make this agin, my husband thought the topping was wonderful, I can take it or leave it, wasnt my cup of tea.

Mexican Rice II

very goood, folled the recipie except for the tomato sauce, Had a jar of chunky Ragu, the garden one in the fridge and used that instead. Not enough cumin for my families spicy taste, but with some adjustment will use this base recipie again.

Cream Cheese Squares

how something so easy and uncomplicated can be soo good is beyond me ! I had som strawberry jam and put it on half before baking, and that was the best part. Will be making this quite often Thanks.
