About this Cook
I love to cook. I have been cooking since I was 11 years old..lets just say that's some time :) I have three children. Two beautiful daughters and one son. Ages 16, 12, and 9. I now know that the infant and baby stages were by far the easiest. Watching my kids grow up and try to fit in with today's society has been the most painful thing I have experienced as of yet.

Rugelach with Cream Cheese Filling
I had a hard time with the soft dough. Next time I will leave out the chocolate chips and sprinkle them on top instead of trying to spread them in the filling. This is a very good not too sweet dessert. I suspect my family will love them. Thank you for something different!

Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Foolproof Potato Latkes
This was great! My family loved it. I think I needed more potatoes. My batter was too thin and I struggled a little bit. Next time I will make sure I have a thicker consistency. But even with that, it was great. Thank you for a great dish.
