Creamy Deviled Eggs

Great twisted to an old favorite! I changed the recipe a little ~ used chipotle ranch dressing and left out the onion & relish. Was a big hit at my company potluck!

Egg Fried Rice

This is a great basic fried rice recipe. I love the taste of the soy sauce added to the water...could have just eaten that by itself.

Wine Jelly

Great recipe! The jelly tastes exactly like the wine you use. I thought that the sugar would take away from the flavor of my favorite wine....was happily surprised when the jelly turned out to taste the same!!! This will be a wonderful gift to give to my wine lover friend - decorate the jar & add the recipe and a bottle of wine! I followed the recipe exactly as it was written and had no issue - I checked a jar a few hours after and it set up beautiful.

Caramel Apple Jam

Excellent fall Jam recipe. This is my second season making this jam. My family and co-workers look forward to their jar each year. It is on the sweet side and more like an apple pie than a carmel apple. I was told by a few friends they have put this in the center of an acorn squash in replace of butter and brown sugar. Sounds wonderful and another great use for the jam!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Very good! I followed a few sugguestions from others and added extra cheese. Since I'm not a fan of bread crumbs..I changed it to crushed saltine crackers with melted butter on top sprinkled with cayenne pepper. I would certainly do this recipe again!!

Green Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

EXCELLENT!!! With spring in the air...this was a wonder change! I changed the recipe a little by adding pecan pie glazed pecans, feta cheese. I also added a little sugar to the vinaigrette based on previous comments. I also found the vinaigrette a little thick to my liking, so I added extra water. Brought this to a BBQ and was held hostage until I gave the recipe out!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I would have to agree with others. This is not your typical banana bread recipe. It has to be the best that I have ever had~with the richness of the sour cream and the sweetness of the cinnamon & sugar sprinkled in the pan to cook on the outside. It's simply wonderful!
