Authentic Enchiladas Verdes
Other reviewers were right about making extra sauce...it was fantastic! I assembled and baked the enchiladas. I even made an extra pan and froze it for later. The frozen pan was just as good as the first.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I made this salad for a dinner party and my guests demanded the recipe! I haven't given it to them yet and they keep bugging me for it! Thanks Jamie. I'll be sure to pass this along.

Drunken Grilled Asparagus
This is a great way to cook asparagus! I used white wine and the result was very tasty.
