I've made this recipe several times but was not happy with the instructions for cutting. So this time after baking a round cookie cuter was used. I used an ice cream scoope to portion out the filling. I think they look much better round. The draw back is there is "wasted" cake and it takes a few minutes. These are well worth it, always a crowd pleaser!
