Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV
With a little tweaking, you can make these VERY healthy. Switch out the butter for EVOO. Add two egg whites for every egg, add a pinch of salt and you've got yourself a healthy cookie. Switch out raisins for dried cranberries and pecans for walnuts for a change of pace.
