Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew
This was delicious just as it was written! The black pepper gave it a kick. It was perfect for my family - I might cut back on the pepper if I were bringing the dish to a get together with folks who prefer a milder taste.

Garlic Prime Rib
Excellent! Made this on Christmas and everyone loved it. The combination of garlic, pepper and thyme was delicious. My husband and I were very happy to have leftovers the following day!

Indonesian Pork Tenderloin
This was great! The flavor was incredible. I'd never grilled a pork tenderloin before - now I think it's the only way to go! I can't say enough about how tasty it was. Everyone needs to try this one.
