oh my goodness!! these turned out perfect! they are wonderful in taste and texture and appearance. i gave them as a birthday gift to a friend and they looked so impressive in the tiny paper cups with all the varieties. my husband & i liked the coconut the best but they were ALL good. i was worried when i first started to roll them into balls, because the dough was kind of wet & sticky, but it didn't take them long to harden into tasty perfection. can you tell i'm excited about these?!? lol.

these turned out reeeeeally good! i was a little worried at first because the orange mixture was so moist but somehow it works. i like to keep them in the freezer and thaw them for a few minutes before serving. gave them as gifts to 2 friends and they were a hit!!

yummy yummy!!! this was my first attempt at zucchini bread and it was a total hit. my husband & i ate half a loaf in one sitting, lol. i only have one loaf pan so i cut the recipe in half and it turned out perfect. wouldn't change a thing.
