Chocolate-coconut Pinwheels
I liked the idea and the ingredients, but the cookies were too cakey and quite flavorless.

Cheesecake Lemon Bars
Very tasty lemon bars. The two layers didn't really separate but it wasn't a big deal taste-wise. Best chilled. Will make again.

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf
A bit bland, but I wasn't able to use the garlic due to allergies (sigh).
