I have owned a pet grooming, boarding and training kennel for almost 30 years along with my life partner, my husband. I love to make fresh salads and pasta but I am known for my Rum Cake. I also love to work with Puff Pastry making sweet and savory dishes. German Chicken and dumplings is my favorite family recipes but I'd have to say my family loves my southwest beans and rice as well. Improving and mastering the best Rum Cake most folks have ever tasted. Some tell me I should try and sell it. But then I tell them it wouldn't be as special. Christmas dinner, 1993 for family and friends. It was a TOTAL loss and one dinner those folks will never let me live down. It's ok because I've improved 1000% since then :-)
