Beet Bundt Cake
I think I'll make 'chocolate' cake this way every time.... love being able to sneak those veggies in!! :D

Plum Cake
Really enjoyed this recipe. I also added about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the batter- turned out beautifully. I will definitely be making this again.
