Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
I always love slow cooker recipes. This is one that I will be making again. My husband really enjoyed the flavour. I didn't have enough corn starch and imagine that the sauce would be nice and thick if I had had enough...I guess I will find out next time!

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Super good! I too used regular skim milk and loved the flavour! I made it for my son (a picky eater) and ended up having to make a second batch for myself! Thanks for sharing!

New Potatoes with Caper Sauce
These were fantastic! I had never used capers before but now I will be using them more! This was a wonderful side dish that I will be making again and again!
