I LOVE this recipe! I love this shepherd's pie so much, I could rave about it and eat it all day! MMMM just thinking about it makes me hungry! It takes a while to make but the end result is nothing short of AWESOME. I didn't even know I'd be such a huge fan of this because I'm not a huge meat-eater, but wow this is sooo good! I think next time I make it, I will add some peas as well to go with the carrots. I could eat this everyday and not get sick of it!

Yummy! Very easy to make! I added more salt and balsamic vinegar since I was afraid of it being too bland. I think next time I make it, I'll add white onions as well and use chicken broth instead of water.

I LOVE this couscous! I think it could have used more salt than I used though. But it was very very good nonetheless! The presentation is great - it looks sooo yummy on the plate! I actually like having more couscous than can fit in the squash so i can have it overflowing around it. I'm definitely making this again!
