Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Just thinking of these cookies always makes my mouth water. I love ginger cookies and these are absolutely fantastic. I used butter instead of margarine to help them flatten more and made some other changes just based on other peoples reviews, such as changing the cup of white sugar to brown sugar, and the cloves to nutmeg.
