Turkey Scallopini
Used italian bread crumbs, added garlic powder to taste to dredge. Once turkey was cooked pour in equal amounts Marsala and chicken broth, (i used 1/2 cup each) and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remover turkey then addi can mushrooms. Boil for couple minutes making sure to scrape brown bits from bottom. 5 stars after these changes.
