Baked Trout Fillets
Awesome yummy. I did cut down on the sour cream and added 2 tbsp of fat free miracle whip and I also added 1/2 tsp of onion and garlic powder and did as one reviewer said and put sliced onions with a pat of butter on the bottom instead of chopped in.

Dessert Crepes
OMG, I never write reviews but these were so good and so easy that I just had to write. I was skeptical because they were so easy. I put cherry preserves and cream cheese in mine with some whipped cream on top...frightfully good!
