Mushroom Pork Chops

So simple and easy. I even poured some of the gravy over leftover mac&cheese the next day,...awesome.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

My father-in-law used to brine his own corned beef using eye of round. But my husband and mother-in-law thinks this is the best ever.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Husband and I thought this was deliscious. 2 1/2 yr grandson wouldn't touch it, but then again he hasn't been interested in anything lately.
