Spicy Beef Vegetable Stew
Very good and very easy. Ingredients probably on hand. I heeded earlier reviews and added 1/2 tsp pepper and whatever veggies I had around. One can of rotel and because I am in Texas I added 3 thick slices of fresh jalapeno. It was wonderful! Just a little spicy=enough to notice but not enough to burn.

Banana Banana Bread
Wonderful. I added more spice - cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and also chopped nuts.

Beer Bread I
Quick and easy. I always add more sugar in place of the flour and as the top is too hard for my liking, I spread a little sugar and butter on top before baking.
