Peach Pound Cake
This was a fabulous cake! I didn't exactly measure 2 c for the peaches. I just cut up 5 peaches. I think it was more than called for, but it seemed to be the perfect amount (very peachy). I also substituted the sour cream with vanilla yogurt. I hadn't originally intended to but my sour cream had expired. It turned out great though!
