Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
Marvelous! I used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup and added a little worchestershire. Put BBQ and extra fried onions on top before cooking. My husband, a very picky eater, loved this!

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Delicious, very creamy. Based on others recommendations I skipped the sugar.

Garlic Bread Fantastique
Very good. A bit too salty as others indicated. I will eliminate the salt next time since I use salted butter. Watch the bread carefully when it's under the broiler. I burned the first batch. I was glad I had another loaf of bread :)
