Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake
I hoped this would be good since I was taking it to work for a training session. And I was concerned about the raisins. I like them in cookies, but not everyone loves raisins. Well, this one was a great surprise. It was perfect. The raisins made the texture a little unexpected and all who ate it loved it. One of the guys said the remnants were even better the next day. I'm taking it to a dinner tonight and hope to get more rave reviews.
